Summer Decorating

Summer DecoratingSummer is a wonderful season to renew the colors and decorative materials in your home. While it is very difficult to redecorate each room in your home, there are many ways to add charm summer to different environments. You can use a central decorative theme as fruits (apples, strawberries, grapes), flowers (roses, carnations, daisies) and water elements, as well as the ideas that we give below.

1. Replace the heavy drapes of sheer fabrics and light. The sheer curtains create an airy and let in the sun. If you can not remove the curtains you have, try to at least change the wheels and ropes or ties with others of a lighter color. Another option is to use branches of vine rows of beads, artificial flowers or decorative ribbons as a rope or lugs to secure the folds.

2. Keep objects that are not used in summer as quilts, bedspreads and comforters thick.

3. Light the color of your sofa by placing a cushion cover or obscure replacing other light colors.

4. Place tablecloths and colorful covers on the wooden table in the dining room or kitchen chairs.

5. To add a touch of summer color to dark wood tables, put on them or individual centerpieces of white lace.

6. If your bed has a thick padding, see if you can replace it with a lightweight linen bedspread.

7. Bring a touch of the outdoors inside your home by placing vases or baskets of flowers on countertops, tables and nightstands.

8. Summer accessories available throughout the house: homes for birds, shells, fruit or vegetable containers and summer reading materials.

9. If the screens of your lamps are dark, others replace them clearer.

10. Paint a dark corridor with your favorite shade, such as yellow cream, tan or green apple.

11. Place a set of dishes with floral against a wall or countertop fireplace.

12. Remove ashes home and put an artificial fern or a basket of colorful flowers in the container for firewood.

13. Place dowels and twigs in tall vases and arrange on each side of the fireplace.

14. To give you a nice, summery touch to your bathrooms, hang lightweight fabric curtains with patterns of insects, flowers and palm trees. If possible, get towels and rugs to match those grounds.

15. Change the arrangement of furniture to give rooms a modern air.

Decorate the house for the summer does not have to be complicated or costly. As you can see the suggestions we offer, place a new display of lamps, change some shade or paint a room a different color can breathe new life into your home during the summer season.
